Medicate your mental health with music!

Were you ever taught a song in school that you can still remember years later? perhaps you can still sing all the months of the year! IMAGINE if instead you’d been taught how to cope with a panic attack or mental health crisis!?

We have created 10 new songs with incredible young musicians from across south Wales to make learning wellbeing coping techniques fun, accessible and most importantly, not boring!

All 10 musicians will be performing live their new music and explaining the thought process behind the song. Our host for the evening Kat Rees will also be performing a song she wrote which started her whole business idea.

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER our founder Kat Rees will be sharing her story of how she was stuck in Shanghai when the pandemic started, the challenges she faced to get home and how this lead to the work of be extra, including our ongoing work and more information on this project.

Musicians performing include:
Elijah & Eddie Gripper
Jac Kelshaw
Liam J.Edwards

James Jones
David Mac & Lakeisha
Harrison Scott-Smith
