Aimee Brown
Aimee Brown is a mixed-media artist whose practice centres on the use of flowers to create sculptural works. Working primarily with metal, wood and ceramics, she draws on the organic beauty of nature to explore personal experiences, emotions and transformation.
Her work challenges conventional representations of absence and presence, using flowers as a means of reflecting on the cycles of life, death and change. Through her sculptural practice, Aimee creates connections that can be both conscious and subconscious, inviting viewers to engage with the work and reflect on the power and complexity of lived experience.
Branwen Jones
Branwen Jones is an artist based in South Wales. She studied Fine Art: Studio, Site and Context at Swansea College of Art from 2020–2026.
Her practice explores the fabric of everyday life as a site of politics, with a particular interest in the histories and political relationships embedded within the materials and objects that surround us. She considers histories of production, trade and use — both historical and contemporary, commercial and personal, local and global.
Working across sculpture, drawing, printmaking, animation and video, Jones explores the material politics of making with collected objects and surfaces from everyday life. Her current work examines the colonial histories embedded within everyday commodities, using processes of making and material investigation to uncover and question these histories.
