We are located in the heart of Swansea City Centre, less than a 5-minute walk from Swansea Train Station. We are home to a contemporary art gallery, a café, and a community of artist studios.
Opening times
Gallery and cafe open Wednesday – Saturday 11am – 5pm
We are occasionally open other days and times for activities and events – check the programme for more information
Parking
There is no on-site parking facility, however there are two public multi-storey car parks nearby on High Street (next to the Train Station) and on Orchard Street next to the gallery.
Accessibility
Elysium offers a range of facilities for disabled patrons:
Wheelchair access into the building is via our Cafe entrance on Belle Vue Way. There is wheelchair access to all areas of the building.
Assistance dogs are admitted.
There are accessible toilet facilities throughout the building including all-gender toilets and shower facilities for our disabled customers on the ground floor.
Exhibition Change over
Please note that the gallery is closed during exhibition change over periods. Please see the Exhibitions page for dates or contact the gallery if you are unsure whether to travel.
The Café will usually stay open during changeover periods.
