Who are Distill & Fill?
Distill + Fill was founded in 2021 to quench a thirst for delicious drinks at home. With over 30 years in the drinks industry between them, our team have a vast passion and knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
We believe that great drinks shouldn’t have to be a great fuss, that’s why we do all of the hard work for you. You just need to choose your flavour, chill + pour over ice. Perfect for parties on the beach, picnics with pals + any occasion that calls for a great drink.

Jenny has been shaking up drinks across the UK industry for over 10 years and found her passion for mixed drinks working behind the bars of Cardiff. She soon joined the ranks of London bartenders hosting parties in some of London’s best neighbourhood bars such as Heads + Tails and Croque Monsieur.
Jenny also worked as the brand ambassador for Chartreuse for some time as well as heading up the sales team for Sekforde drinks.
Philip’s passion for the industry has taken him from New Zealand, to the US, and across Europe.
Well known for his Tiki bar theatrics, and agave fuelled events, Philip’s tenure behind bars includes party venues like London Cocktail Club, to delivering classics behind the pewter at Balthazar London, and NY.
