Whilbur is an original band, based in Gower near Swansea. Formed in September 2019 as a creative collaboration to celebrate original songwriting, Whilbur’s sound pulls from influences of pop, folk, country and Americana. Beautifully written songs tell stories of the Sea, places that mean the most, hometowns and reaching your potential. Often an enthusiastic infectious optimism weaves throughout, and live shows are full of life and energy. Whilbur have been recording tracks, playing festival dates and increasingly larger venues over the last 2 years, gaining a strong fan-base.
