Cardiff based John MOuse has been active on the UK indie circuit for over twenty years. Noted for acerbic chronicles of everyday micro-drama and for his performative live act.
His most recent project, The Fashion Weak, spawned 3 singles with guest appearances from Gruff Rhys and Miki Berenyi on 80’s sythn driven pop vignettes. Championed by BBC 6 Music expect tales of unwanted pigeons and Anne Summers Parties accompanied by some of the finest Dad Dance moves.
Support comes from punk upstarts Pseudo Cool and Neath alt-rockers Guido.
Psuedo Cool recently released their latest single ‘Sharp’s Catching Waves’, which celebrates legendary surfer Linda Sharp, to great acclaim. They have received airplay on BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio Wales amongst others.
Guido are an enigmatic group who have been taking a somewhat lengthy hiatus. However with new material to play, and having recently blown off some cobwebs at a private party, they’re ready to unleash their catchy alt rock on the world.
