The Ripping Cones
Enigmatic vaporware, also a band. The Ripping Cones are a four-piece fuzz-rock band from Swansea in South Wales UK. Formed in December 2006 as a blues trio, The Ripping Cones have gone on to incorporate elements of stoner rock, prog, sludge and psychedelic rock into their sound.
Mines
If filthy blackened sludge wrapped up in a post-metal vision is your idea of musical heaven, or should that be hell, then you really need to sit up and take note of Swansea’s seventh son’s Mines. Starting off life off as a duo with their self-titled debut release back in 2017, in 2022 the band is an entirely different beast as they now consist of five members and recently released their new album, Your Ever Failing Happiness, through Trepanation Recordings.
Mantis
Mantis recently rocked Elysium and return to deliver heavy riffs and stage presence.
