We are delighted to announce that headlining the second ever Rogues’ Gallery Comedy Club we have the fantastic Mel Owen!

Tickets are on sale now and available via the link in this page.

Dubbed “Wales’ most exciting new act” (Clwb Comedy), Mel is an award-winning comedian with wins under her belt from Comedy Smash (Liverpool), Comedy Virgins (London) and Comedy Chest (Bristol).

She has performed at the world-famous Laugh Factory (Los Angeles), with critics pinning her as “a fiery, unforgettable performer”.

Mel has script writing credits on BBC Cymru Wales and Channel 4, and created one of Wales’ most popular podcasts Mel Mal Jal, now on BBC Sounds.

That’s not all though as we also have the fantastic Laugheasy Comedy-Kris Davies and Onkar Singh Purewal on the bill.
British Comedian of the Year Semi finalist, Kris Davies is a high energy, grunge comedian with a dash of music! His relatable and well-crafted jokes are taken from his twenty years of being a youth worker, a grandfather at 41, parental experiences of Neurodiversity, music festivals and his own wayward youth.

Accompanied by a range of original songs and ditties and described as ”A skilled and very funny storyteller, mining big laughs from the mundanities and domestic fiascos around him”, Kris has supported Kiri Pritchard Mclean, Stephen Baily, Nish Kumar, Harriet Kemsley and Bobby Mair across the UK.

He made his Welsh Language Comedy Debut at the National Eisteddfod after learning Welsh for one year. Kris has appeared on BBC Sesh, regional radio and the Tales from Wales Podcast.

Onkar juggles TV presenting, running a family business with his dad (a setup that’s a sitcom in itself), and being a professional nappy changer (he forgets how many he has now). By night, he’s an ex-world’s greatest event manager turned comedian, offering a fast-paced, insane point of view on life as an Asian Welshman living in Cardiff.

Onkar’s performed at the BBC City of Comedy Showcase and shared the stage with the likes of Ignacio Lopez, Raj Poojara, Mark Olver, Tommy Sandhu, and more. Onkar is a regular in the South Wales Comedy Circuit.

His blend of everyday chaos and relatable humour will have you in stitches, whether he’s talking about business blunders or family antics.

As Onkar’s dad says, “Tell him to finish the comedy, we got a shop to run.” But thankfully, Onkar’s too busy making us laugh to take that advice!

Last entry 7.20pm. Comedy starts 7.30pm.
