Pro stand-up Rachel Fairburn will be performing her work in progress show and we can’t wait to see what she has in store.

“Fairburn delivers…with sadistic glee” – The Guardian

Welsh, working-class firebrands The Death Hilarious are a sketch-centric comedy duo cut from the same rag as The League Of Gentlemen and The Mighty Boosh. They parade a coterie of crazed characters such as Creole exorcists, apelike weirdos and a homemade sex robot. Variously described as immersive, horrifying and joyous, The Death Hilarious mix the profound and the puerile with no thought for their own safety. They dissect and reassemble sketch comedy with the relish of Josef Mengele. They never sleep, these boys. They are dancing, dancing. They say that they will never die.
This ungodly pair began working together on podcast series set in the South Wales valleys, before forming The Death Hilarious and creating their peculiar brand of humour both online and on the live circuit. They first scrambled into the finals of the Welsh Unsigned Stand-up Award 2015 and the BBC New Comedy Award Cardiff heat 2016. They performed their debut hour at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 and did a 4-night run at the Soho Theatre in 2018.

Scottish comedian Lynsey Hall is a chaos potato and magnet for the ridiculous. She flip flops between silly stories and seizing every chance for a dad joke.
“Great stage presence and really strong writing.” – Nick P Page
“Lynsey has the stage presence of someone who’s been doing this a lot longer, she puts the audience at ease as they delight in her whimsy.” – Comedy Loft

“Straight off the estate”, Tommy Smith has the persona of the kid that stole your lunch money… but don’t be fooled! He’s a loveable character that’s full of razor sharp gags and real life stories that’ll make any audience cry with laughter.
Curating our gallery of rogues is our resident MC Chris Barnes. Chris has quickly built a reputation for being an quick witted, engaging and welcoming MC. He’s performed across the UK including at the Edinburgh fringe, The BBC City of Comedy Showcase and along side acts such as Stuart Goldsmith, Steve N Allen and Rachel Fairburn. He was also a judge on The Masked Singer….at Butlins but it still counts!
Last entry 7.20pm. Comedy starts 7.30pm.
