About:
Windshake – WINDSHAKE, a collection of five musical vagabonds, Sam, Kilian, Anna, Jojo and Oliver, grace our stage once again following their triumphant July show.

Words from Ged Baby – Louder than War – “If everyone who eulogised the tedious Beatles Get Back yawn-athon actually cared about the future of music instead of it’s past, they should get hold of Waking Moment and make this band the massive success they deserve to be. It really is a future classic. Timeless, melodic, curious songs performed with a maturity and elegance. Windshake make graceful folk-psychedelia but basically it’s just great pop music. There are noticeable influences needless to say but its singer Sam Elliotts voice which goes from Thom Yorke style croon, Bolan warble to full-throated holler, which pulls you in. And the harmonies. The lyrics are strange and curious… ‘space travels in my blood’ style… and Elliot has the pale complexion and tumbling brown hair-style of Nick Drake.”

The Ripping Cones – The Ripping Cones are a four-piece fuzz-rock band from Swansea in South Wales UK. Formed in December 2006 as a blues trio, The Ripping Cones have gone on to incorporate elements of stoner rock, prog, sludge and psychedelic rock into their sound.

Influences include Led Zeppelin, Free, Rory Gallagher, The Who, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Rush, Clutch, Asteroid, Dead Meadow & Ween

Mojo JNR – Mojo JNR is the solo bedroom pop/folk rock project of Welsh singer-songwriter Josh David-Read. Josh takes a deep and unique approach to indie-pop, composed from the world around him. In the last 2 years Mojo JNR has had countless shows across the country and is now working on his debut EP.

“It’s chilled out bedroom-pop at its finest” – Clunk Magazine.

“Pairing the dreamiest of summer soundscapes, with husky vocal musings. His canvas of creativity spans far and wide, crafting music that will surely delight any listener.” – Becky and the Bands

Foxsleep – A crafter of jazz-tinged indie-folk and alternative rock, FoxSleep has released 3 successful, fully self-produced EPs and performed at well establish venues and festivals such as The Swansea Fringe and Cardiff’s The Moon.
