A Creative Exploration: Wear Your Story
Led by Joanna Bond
Date: 1st March
Duration: 3 hours, 11am-2pm
Participants: Limited to 10
Cost: Free (All materials provided)
Join us for a hands-on creative workshop inspired by the project TRWSIO, exploring the profound questions: What is broken? and How can we become whole again?
Through a combination of sound, movement, and visual expression, this workshop invites participants to reflect on both personal and global experiences of brokenness and repair. Together, we will:
- Create images, symbols, and marks that express your unique story or shared ideas of trauma and mending.
- Use sound and movement in free improvisation to deepen creative expression and connection.
- Engage in a closing meditation designed to restore balance and harmony.
This workshop is an opportunity to explore, share, and express your story in a safe and supportive environment, finishing with a collective sense of renewal.

“As an interdisciplinary artist, I draw deeply from my personal experiences as a woman and mother. My practice spans diverse forms of creative expression, including dance, ceramics, music, voice, performance art, drawing, and collage, as well as photography, film, and audio recording. Central to my work is a reverence for nature, motherhood, mending, animism, spirit, earth, and the innate wisdom of soma intelligence. These interconnected themes weave through my art” – Joanna Bond
This workshop is FREE.
